ABOUT THE EVENT

True flexibility in the hamstrings brings ease to the body on and off the mat. In this workshop you will learn how to eliminate dense fascia and scar tissue from the back of the legs and create space and freedom for movement. Tight hamstrings are responsible for various issues in the body including back pain, hip pain, tightness in the neck and jaw, and brain fog. Learn tools to prevent over stretching these areas of the body and how to become more flexible. We will open up the whole back line of the body through yoga, myofascial release, and working with the meridians.
