Fascia Training: Psoas and Hip Flexors

ABOUT THE EVENT
In this workshop you will learn how to eliminate dense fascia and scar tissue to create space for movement. A weak and/or tight psoas is responsible for various pain in the body including low back pain, knee pain, pelvic pain, and limited range of movement. Learn tools to strengthen and prevent over-stretching these areas of the body by balancing strength and flexibility. We will strengthen and release the psoas through yoga, resistance stretching, and working with the meridians.
