Service Description

This four week series will focus on CORE! Each class will work with muscles that help support healthy alignment and good posture. The classes will weave in traditional yoga poses along with some fresh and creative adaptions of more familiar poses. 3rd Chakra work and solar plexus Note: If you purchase the series, please book each session you plan to attend.
