In this Slow Flow Yoga class you will still experience the flowing rhythmic movements of breath and asana but at a gentler pace than a traditional Vinyasa Flow class. The pace of this flow class will allow you to find space to breathe in traditional yoga asanas while still connecting the postures with fluid, calming movements. When we slow down the traditional pace of a vinyasa flow we give ourselves space to feel the breath, to turn inward and to cultivate a sense of calm and peace. This class will help you to restore both stability and mobility and strength and flexibility. Note: If you purchase the series, please book each session you plan to attend.
