Dr. Tamara Coleman currently teaches Anatomy & Physiology at Northwestern Michigan College. She does some form of yoga daily-with her very first class at CYS in 2002! Tammy has been an educator for 30 plus years and has been teaching yoga since 2020. Her recent work focuses on the science behind yoga and meditation. Dr. Coleman has her 200 hour RYT yoga certificate and is trained in Trauma Informed Yoga. I look forward to sharing what I've learned as we all continue to be our best selves in this unique and challenging time.
